Great article on Asthma and how to manage it without using drugs on our other site Hearthstone
Found a great site and a great article on language and how it is used.
One particular article we liked is ‘The Land Speaks’, we have put a copy on our website here. We hope you like it to.
Best wishes
Scott
Hi there
After weeks of getting it all together I have just installed the site using Joomlapack, a great utility that performs backups of Joomla sites and helps you transfer your site from your local PC to your hosts server.
First time for me to use this program, a little unsettling as everything is the first time you do it, but it worked really well.
If you have ever tried to think up and website address and then register it you will know what a nightmare it can be! Sandy and I spent days trying to come up with a name that would somehow link everything that we were interested in together. Our interests are varied and yet similar, Sandy is into Earth magic, paganism, ancient history, sustainability, the list is very long, I am into Tai Chi, Taoism, internal healing systems, Shamanism etc. etc.
So after wandering around the house for days shouting out random names, Sandy eventually turned to me and said the ting is… I burst into laughter and the name of our site was born. The Ting or Cauldron is hexagram 50 of the I Ching, central to both Sandy’s path and my own, a melting pot that gives birth to new things, cauldrons are found in the legends of both the east and the west.
Beginnings are difficult and exciting times so please be patient as our website grows and laugh with us at all the mistakes we are likely to make.
Have a great day
Love Scott and Sandy
